James Klobucar is the Chair for the Consumer and Design Patents Group at Gearhart Law.  James has helped many inventors get both patent and trademark protection in a wide range of technology areas.  James is also the “Patent Executive in Residence” at The New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), where he regularly meets with entrepreneurs at NJIT’s Enterprise Development Center incubator.
